Service Description

You are hiring me to create an illustration of a character of your choice. The pose and angle are up to you, the style is semi-realistic, and the coloring is rendered.The image has an HD resolution, an RGB color profile, and 300 DPI.
You will receive a copy via email. If the image file exceeds 25 MB, you will be provided with a Google Drive link. I do not share procreate files or .psd files of my work.

Prices

International:

  • ICON: $45USD. Includes single bust render and a simple background design.

  • HALF-BODY : $65USD. Includes single half body render and a simple background design.

  • CHARACTER SHEET: Each full body render is $50USD. Sheets with 3+ renders get -$20USD off.

  • (ADD ONS) Unrendered prop: +$5USD | Rendered prop: +$10USD.

Argentina:

  • ÍCONO: $45.000 ARS Incluye un render de un busto y un fondo simple.

  • MEDIO CUERPO : $65.000ARS Incluye un render de cuerpo a la mitad y un fondo simple.

  • FICHA DE PERSONAJE: Cada render de cuerpo completo está a $50.000ARS. Sheets con 3+ renders tienen -$20.000ARS off.

  • (ADICIONALES) Objeto simple (sin renderizar): +$5.000ARS | Objeto renderizado: +$10.000ARS.

Terms of Service:

By hiring this service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my terms and conditions.

  • You agree to pay the full price upfront.

  • You acknowledge that the final price may fluctuate depending on the complexity of the character, the complexity of any requested changes, and the optional addition of one or more objects (props) that the character interacts with, or a simple background (see commission example above).

  • You agree that adding an extra character increases the price of the commission.

  • For simpler commissions that include a single character with base rendering, I commit to deliver the final product within 40 days of the order being placed and the payment fulfilled.

  • For more complex commissions (additional characters, complex designs, extra rendering) I commit to deliver the final product within 60 days of the order being placed and the payment fulfilled.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances preventing me from meeting the deadline will be communicated as soon as possible. In such cases, we will discuss whether to proceed with the commission or issue a partial/full refund.

I Refuse to Draw:

  • Mechas

  • Characters with overly detailed outfits or props

  • Intense NSFW

  • Intense gore

  • Nudity

  • Proship content

  • Complex backgrounds (for now teehee)

  • Any concept that makes me personally uncomfortable

Profesional Conduct:

Our communication must remain professional. Any inappropriate or disrespectful interactions will result in the immediate cancellation of the service, and we will not work together in the future.Refunds will be issued based on the commission’s progress:

  • If the commission has not started, a full (100%) refund will be issued.

  • If the commission has just started (sketching phase), a partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of hours spent (between 30% to 50%).

  • If significant progress has been made (past the lineart stage) no refunds will be issued, as I will have already invested significant time and resources into the project.

I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable, even after payment has been made. The refund policy stated above will apply in such cases.

Copyright

  • I will retain authorship of the artwork. You will have personal usage rights, meaning you cannot generate income from the illustration.

  • You must obtain my written consent before using my work in any independently published content or editorial projects, even if no money is being made. This includes magazines, graphic novels, art books, webcomics, etc.

  • I reserve the right to upload the commission to my social media and use it for my professional portfolio. If published, you will remain anonymous unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Commission Progress Updates:

For each stage of the process (Thumbnail/Rough Sketch → Clean Sketch → Flat Colors → Rendering), you will receive a low-resolution image with a watermark covering most of the illustration. This ensures you stay updated on your commission’s progress and allows for minor revisions.

Revision Policy

You may request minor changes for free during the following stages:

  • Thumbnail/Rough Sketch: Adjust pose and prop placement.

  • Clean Sketch: Fix anatomical errors, make small pose adjustments, refine prop placement, and reasonable changes to facial expressions.

  • Flat Colors: We can explore different color palettes until we find a satisfying result.

  • Rendering: Corrections to textures, lighting, or shading if errors are on my part.
